Once logged in, you will see the following interface (Delyva Customer Portal):

Info: DelyvaNow operates on a credit system, where you need to top up before making deliveries.

Now, you need to go to the payment section to subscribe to the available payment plans. Visit https://my.delyva.app/customer/payment.

Note: The delivery prices vary based on the plan you top up.

DelyvaNow provides several methods to top up your credit, such as:

    1. Credit Card

    1. Online Banking (FPX)

    1. E-wallet (Alipay, Touch ‘n Go, Boost, and Grab Pay)

    1. Invoice / Credit Terms (if you send more than 1,000 items per month)

Once you have topped up your credit, you can start making deliveries using the DelyvaNow platform.

How to Use the DelyvaNow platform:
